Grassland animal husbandry is an important basic industry in Mauritania, accounting for about 25% of the country's GDP, mainly natural grazing, and natural pastures are mainly distributed in the south. In the long dry season, from October of that year to June of the second year, the grasses on the grassland were all withered, the nutritional value was greatly reduced, and the locals did not have the habit of artificially planting grass. Fresh grass was extremely scarce. The health and nutritional status of livestock and poultry have been greatly affected, and the production capacity of livestock has also dropped significantly. Therefore, feeding feed scientifically is one of the important future development directions of the aquaculture industry in Mauritania.

Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, Richi Machinery has achieved outstanding results in modern feed processing projects established in Southeast Asia and African countries. In early 2018, Mauritania's 10t/h poultry and livestock feed production line project was officially put into operation, which once again confirmed the pace of Richi Machinery's accelerated implementation of the "internationalization" strategy.

The customer is from northwestern Africa and has been engaged in the local breeding industry for many years. He is also an old customer of Richi. The relationship between Richi and this customer started with a feed pellet mill. At the end of 2015, the customer consulted us about the granulator equipment on the official website of Richi Machinery. After analyzing the customer's needs, we recommended him the animal ring die pellet equipment of Richi.In this project cooperation, Richi's equipment quality and service level also left a deep impression on customers.

In November 2017, the customer contacted Richi again and indicated that he wanted to expand production by investing in a 10 T/H automatic animal mash feed and pellet feed production line. 1-With crude fiber materials with 30-50% percentage, 2-plant height is controlled in 15 meters, 3-raw materials are strawhusk, corn, soybean meal, oil, premix, 4-need 0.8-12mm different size pellet feed and mash feed, these four points are the customer's request for the project. Feeling the trust of the customer, Richi immediately drafted a design plan for the customer and sent a quotation to the customer in a short time. At the same time, in order to fully understand the actual situation of the customer, the sales manager, technical staff and engineers of Ruiqi also visited the customer site together.

In the end, the complete equipment and steel structure of this 10 ton project were built by Richi. Prime technology equipment includes feed grinder machine*110KW, feed mixing machine*1000kg/batch, animal feed pellet making machines*110kw, cooling machine*SKLN20*20 , pellet crumbler*SSLG15*150, screen and automatic packing machine, electrically heated boiler*1000 kg/h and other auxiliary equipment. The design plan of the 10 tons per hour feed pellet project is adapted to local conditions, the entire production site layout is compact and reasonable, and the production line is smooth and simple.
