At present, in developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the bulk circulation of soybean meal has basically been realized, and the whole process of storage, logistics, and export of soybean meal has basically been automated without a lot of manual assistance.

At present, soybean crushing plants in China all retain soybean meal packaging workshops and equipment. The soybean meal produced in the workshops is temporarily stored in vertical silos or other methods, then enters the packaging workshop for packaging, and then is transported by cars, trains, ships and other methods. The reason is that, on the one hand, China’s logistics industry still lags behind developed countries in Europe and America, and on the other hand, because downstream soybean meal users (such as animal feed processing plants and soy sauce plants) are still relatively backward due to the overall technology, some manufacturers are reluctant to invest Bulk meal warehouse, so it is more inclined to receive bagged soybean meal.

The times are advancing and China is developing. We have found that more and more soybean crushing plants are beginning to use soybean meal in bulk circulation. The total amount of bulk soybean meal is currently about 10%-30% of the total soybean meal circulation. In recent years, large-scale animal feed production factories with an annual output of more than 500,000 tons have been planned and more than 10 have been put into production. The substantial increase in soybean meal demand has made companies realize the importance of soybean meal in bulk, and bulk soybean meal has begun to circulate in the feed field.

Soybean meal bulk storage, there are currently mature plans. Bulk soybean meal is transported from soybean oil mills to downstream factories by cars, trains or ships. Advanced unloading equipment has become the key to opening up the intermediate links of soybean meal bulk circulation.

1.Hydraulic flap device

The container turning machine can realize the automatic loading and unloading of containers, and can be moved arbitrarily to meet the needs of the factory for loading and unloading, and the unloading time is only 20 minutes;

3.Common types of soybean meal storage in China:

(1) Bag palletizing warehouse

①Advantages: low cost of warehouse construction and simple operation

②Disadvantages: storage capacity utilization rate is low, and the floor price is large; manual dependence is high, and forklifts and other assistance are required; packaging bags are required, which increases the circulation cost of soybean meal; the warehouse is poorly sealed, and soybean meal is easily affected by external humidity and temperature; Currently, bagged palletizing warehouses are mostly used in raw material warehouses of feed factories, soy sauce brewing plants, soybean meal storage warehouses of small grain and oil plants, and buffer warehouses where soybean meal of large grain and oil plants is packaged after being discharged from bulk vertical silos.

(2) Small vertical silo

①Advantages: low construction cost of silo, short construction period; bulk storage of soybean meal, reducing logistics cost and labor cost;

②Disadvantages: The material basically relies on self-flow, using air cannon, vibration, under-silo discharging auger and other forms to assist the discharge of the warehouse. In the case of bad weather conditions, the soybean meal is easy to compact and cannot be discharged; the warehouse capacity is less than 300 tons, and the warehouse capacity is relatively large. Small, unable to meet the needs of larger storage; small vertical silos are currently mostly used in feed factories, mostly using silo types below 300 tons. For animal feed making factories with more types of raw materials, there are more silos. This warehouse type is basically eliminated in the grain and oil industry.

(3) Bulk house-type warehouse

①Advantages: lower warehouse construction costs and shorter construction period; bulk storage of soybean meal reduces the cost of packaging bags and reduces logistics costs;

②Disadvantages: The working environment is dusty, which has a serious impact on the health of workers; the open storage space brings pests, bird damage, rodent damage, etc. The materials are susceptible to external humidity and temperature, causing huge water loss, which brings direct economy to customers Loss; the operating environment is unsafe, if the material collapses, it will cause casualties; the first-in and the last-out, the soybean meal in contact with the ground is easy to absorb moisture and deteriorate, causing soybean meal loss; the space utilization rate is extremely low, and the warehouse covers a large area; the degree of manual dependence is relatively high. High, low degree of automation, low logistics efficiency; Soybean meal bulk house-type silo is currently mainly used in some small and medium-sized grain and oil processing plants and some feed mills with large production capacity. The house-type silo realizes the bulk storage of soybean meal, and there is no soybean meal in the circulation process. The packaging process not only reduces packaging costs, forklift logistics costs, labor costs, etc., but also speeds up the circulation of soybean meal and improves circulation efficiency.

(4) Compulsory exit system for vertical silo

①Advantages: The single warehouse capacity can reach 12,000 tons, and the space utilization rate is high; the soybean meal is first-in, first-out to keep the freshness of the soybean meal; the degree of automation is high, and the warehouse is equipped with the warehouse, and the degree of manual dependence is low; there is no need to worry about the problem of soybean meal compaction. Can be released smoothly; realize the bulk storage and automatic release of soybean meal, which greatly reduces the logistics cost and labor cost.

②Disadvantages: the construction cost is high and the construction period is longer; the scheme of the soy meal vertical silo with forced out of the silo system has been accepted by most customers. At present, more than 90% of large grain and oil plants in China prefer this scheme, which is directly or directly for customers. Indirectly brought huge economic benefits.
