Fast fattening method for thin sheep
1. Feed quality:
Try to choose sheep feed materials that are digestible, mildew-free, and clean and clean.
2. Feed mix:
Coarse feed can be reasonably matched with silage corn stalks, soybean straw, peanut seedlings and green dry grass. Concentrated feed can use 60% corn, 20% soybean meal, 14% wheat bran, 4% premix, 1% salt, 1% small Soda paired together. The ratio of coarse and concentrated feed is 7:3 in the early fattening period, and gradually transitions to 5:5 in the later period.
3. Feed amount:
Sheep can consume about 2.5% to 3% of their body weight. For example, a sheep weighing 50 kilograms needs to consume 1.25 to 1.5 kilograms of feed (dry matter) per day. In the current season, you can choose to feed twice at 7:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon, and then feed again at 10 to 11 in the evening.
4. Drinking water:
Provide sufficient clean drinking water, and warm water for thin sheep if possible.
In addition to the above points, sheep farmers also need to do a good job in daily management and disease prevention. Generally, after 20 to 30 days, thin sheep can rejuvenate.
