3. Raw material consumption and energy consumption

4. Public works
(1) Water supply:
The water consumption of this project is relatively small. The production water is boiler supplement water, and the water consumption is about 3 tons per day; because the workers are basically farm workers and all farms live, the domestic water is mainly for drinking and washing water for workers. Small, the domestic water consumption of the whole plant is about 2 tons/day. The original machinery factory has a 100-meter-deep water well to mine shallow groundwater with a water output of about 20m3/h, which can meet the water requirements of this 40,000 tons per year automatic cattle pig feed processing line plant.
(2) Power supply:
This feed factory requires about 500 kWh of electricity per hour, which is provided by a local substation, and an 800KVA substation is built in the factory area.
(3) Steam supply:
The feed plant uses about 0.3t/h of steam for production, and it is planned to build a new coal-fired steam boiler of the model DZL1-1.25-AⅡ.
5. The project area and general layout for 40,000 tons per year pig cattle feed making business
The land used for the construction project was originally a machine repair factory, which has been out of production for many years, and currently only has the main plant and office, and no production equipment. The project covers an area of about 20000m2.
In order to make use of the original factory buildings and make the transportation in the factory area convenient, so that the production process flow is smooth, short and reasonable, we use the original main factory building as the raw material and finished product warehouse, and build the main production workshop on the east side of the original main factory building and the south side of the original main factory Boiler Room. The living area still uses the original office on the north side of the factory. The production and living divisions of the factory are clearly defined, and the greening and beautification of the factory environment has been strengthened. The greening is mainly based on the greening of the two sides of the road in the factory.
