The feed raw materials of the horse feed are dispersed, and various forms of silos must be used.Silo system is mainly used for storage of corn, wheat, soya and other raw grain, port of raw grain dumping, grease industrial materials storage.For long-term storage, aeration and cooling can be added.Generally,steel silo can be divided into assembly type steel silo and screw type helix steel silo.

Clean the horse feed raw material, make sure no impurity. To ensure GMP cleaning is an important aspect. Different type of cleaner used for this purpose.

The usage of grinding system is increasing the specific surface area of feed which is good for horse digestion and absorption and improving the processing performance of raw materials. This section is to fill horse feed material in proportion bins. During this section, all equipment after outlet screw conveyor is in the closed state. Under the command of the central control room, the different raw materials through different channels into different proportioning bins.

The mixing time is 1-3 minutes, and the homogeneity can reach 10%.Different R/M are mixed here with additives, oil/fat, medicines, etc. Good mixer ensure good horse feed quality.Horse feed contains grass,because the weight of grass is very light, it should be calculated according to the proportion of grass in the formula, and the appropriate mixer model should be selected.

Feed pellet mill is the main equipment of the whole horse feed pellet making line. Our horse feed pellet mills are equipped with full stainless steel feeder and conditioner to make high quality pellet. After the pelletizing process,the temperature of the horse feed pellet is about 60/80 degrees celsius,with a moisture content of about 15%.A horse feed pellet cooling machine must then be used to reduce the moisture content of the pellets to about 3/4%,thereby making the horse feed pellets easier to store.

The finish horse feed product bagging system can divide into bulk bagging and bag bagging two types. According to the weighing in the packaging operation, the automation degree of the filling and packaging, it can be divided into three types: manual bagging, semi-automatic bagging and fully automatic bagging.

In horse feed mills, raw materials or finished products are often handled before they can be processed. This requires a complete set of conveying equipment.Corn is usually not bagged when raw materials enter the factory. The truck directly unloads the raw materials into the tunnel, and then transports it to the lifting place by the scraper conveyor, and finally lifts it to the silo for storage.

The field trial operation proves that the actual measured output of RICHI's 10t chicken feed pellet line is up to 13 tons, the operating current only accounts for 85% of the rated current of the motor, and each ton of feed can be 20kW•h less than the industry average power consumption. The output is calculated on the average yield of 11t/h (the initial design capacity is 10-12 tons), set to produce 8 months a year, 30 days per month, and 10 hours per day.Compared with common chicken feed pellet line of the same grade in the industry,this line can save 288,000 kWh of electricity,one yuan per kwh can ultimately save customers 28.8 million (calculated in RMB).
