The rabbit pellet feed raw materials are dispersed, and various forms of silos must be used.Silo system is mainly used for storage of corn, wheat, soya and other raw grain, port of raw grain dumping, grease industrial materials storage.For long-term storage, aeration and cooling can be added.Generally,steel silo can be divided into assembly type steel silo and screw type helix steel silo.

The rabbit feed raw material receiving system includes bulk raw materials, packaging raw materials, and liquid raw materials. Bulk raw materials are weighed by dump trucks and weighed before unloading the raw materials to the silo; packaging raw materials are divided into manual handling and mechanical handling; liquid raw materials are directly transported into the warehouse in the form of bottles or barrels.

Cleaning is playing a role to remove the impurities from raw material, including large impurities such as nonmagnetic impurity like rope, clod and corn cob and magnetic impurity like iron nails. It will ensure the quality of products and safety of following rabbit feed processing machine.

After crushing the raw materials, the surface area is enlarged, which can significantly improve the digestion utilization rate of feed. When corn, wheat, rice, cake and other raw materials are crushed, the aperture of the sieve plate of the crusher should be adjusted to 1.5-2.0 mm.

After using high temperature steam to make raw material curing, the materials will be made to pellet through rabbit feed pellet press machine. The quality of conditioning directly determines the quality of rabbit feed pellet feed. The purpose of conditioning is to mix and match the good dry powder into a powdered feed with a certain amount of moisture and a certain humidity, which is beneficial to granulation. At present, state-owned rabbit ring die feed mills add steam to complete the conditioning process.

The feed pellets pressed out by the rabbit feed pellet mill are hot and moist, they can't be crushed, screened or packed immediately. The counter flow cooler is adopted to cool the rabbit feed pellets with high temperature and moisture.

In rabbit feed mills, raw materials or finished products are often handled before they can be processed. This requires a complete set of conveying equipment.Corn is usually not bagged when raw materials enter the factory. The truck directly unloads the raw materials into the tunnel, and then transports it to the lifting place by the scraper conveyor, and finally lifts it to the silo for storage.
